It's hard to believe that we are still getting great vegetables out of the greenhouse. This is my little helper who loves to pick. Doesn't love to eat them as much though.
Last week I made a great beef stew with frozen tomatoes from the summer (as the sauce), leftover potatoes which are storing well in the fridge, and large handfuls of carrots, kale, chard, dill and parsley fresh from the greenhouse. It's so nice to have fresh food this time of year!
